Ingrowing Toenails
Ingrown toenails can be frustrating, particularly when they are painful, swollen, tender and potentially infected. Nail surgery may be needed for particularly bad ingrowing nails, especially when they are reoccurring .Nail surgery can be a great option for a long term solution.

Heel pain, foot strain, flat feet, high arched feet, ball of foot pain and other foot pains. These can be improved with varying combinations of paddings, support taping, cushioned heel cups, cushioned insoles exercises and stretches.
Verruca
Plantar Verruca are contagious skin lesions that are caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). While warts can occur on many regions of the body, the ones that occur on the soles of the feet can become painful because of the actions of standing and walking. Warts can potentially resolve on their own within months or years. However, whilst they are present there is a risk of them multiplying or being contagious. Verruca usually get deeper as they get larger, and this can become very painful to walk on. A number of treatments are available all with their own success rates.
